I just love what I do. Working at Pega has been the best experience of my career.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together to solve problems. Yeah we have some tough debates but we always solve the problem and move on. Very can do attitude.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have worked here for 8 years now. Although our bonus program is not guaranteed it has been paid out at some level every year i have been here. My basic salary is competitive with the market and we have other great benefits also.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am challenged every day, and I enjoy that. I have been given lots of responsibility and the freedom to impact my area of responsibility. There is no back biting it is all about how we are going to move the company forward. The communication from senior management is often and clear.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some of the smartest people I have ever worked for but the best thing is that they are all real people. All have a sense of humor, are visionaries, are interested in you as a person not just what did you do for me today and they are willing to mentor people to help develop and motivate them.
