Pega should proactively adjust compensation to match market rates, rather than do it in response to attrition issues.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Democratic. Uses behavioral assessments as part of the hiring process (very useful), and has hands-on requirements (for technical sales) that help us evaluate a candidate more effectively.
