Learning something new everyday. Interacting with our customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very structure process. Had the opportunity to talk to many of my teammates either over the phone or in person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Entrepreneur style of culture, work hard, play hard, very positive and open culture. Work from home, with Pega supplying everything I need to be successful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is collective of high achievers, but at the same very genuine and easy to work with. Not to mention, we like to have fun at social events.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Coming from a very large IT company to Pega, Pega's benefits are much better in many ways, especially the % Pega pays into it. Wellness plan is awesome too!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct manager is always available to help me or mentor me or just be a sounding board. The rest of the executive team, that I have met so far, have been very engaging, very much concerned about your and always willing to help!
