What is the best part about your compensation package?

There is nothing noteworthy about my compensation package.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Commitment by all individual contributors to meet or exceed expectations.

What makes you most happy at work?

All the people in my team have great attitudes and are fun to work with.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone does whatever they can to help each other. Individual contributors really care about their work.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I had a chance to be creative and prove what I can do, not just talk about my abilities

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Hire leaders from outside of Pega to bring in new ideas. They also need to foster a better management culture that doesn't include yelling or belittling direct reports. While not the norm, it is too common. Top management is full of micromanagers.
