Relentless focus on making our products better, they are in it for the long run.

Culture is to set unrealistic goals (to make people stretch), celebrations are non-existent (no joy, just... what's next?)

Recruiters don't give you a sense of what it will be like to work at Pega as a mid-career woman, at least (me).
