The idea of quitting. Working at Pega was a mistake.

Everything. Start by firing everyone who is a Director and above.

Management is exploitative, and interactions between Product Management and Engineering are toxic and political.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell people applying not to bother - all the jobs are going to India.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is exploitative. Stop treating employees as enemies, and stop giving yourself bonuses based on how much you abuse them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
All of the good coworkers have moved on over the past 10 years. Pega is only able to hire people to warm seats.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do more to keep the company going than most of the VPs, but all they do is tell me to work harder when I'm already working 16 hours a day. They could let me have down time, and actually pay me fairly.
