We each have our own area of expertise/area of ownership. It's nice to have those clear distinctions while all working towards the same goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was well organized and moved quickly. I was impressed with everyone who I met with. I felt that everyone involved was respectful of my time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent, they also take turns sending all-company emails or participating in our all hands. It's nice to hear different voices and learn about what's happening in our different functions and regions.
