I work with a great team. However, in IT there's still a lack of women in managerial positions. Leadership has indicated they're working on improving the diversity, but it will take time, apparently.

There's really no best part. It is truly comprehensive.

Throughout the pandemic, they have had regular company-wide status meetings, and have given employees the opportunity to ask questions via an app.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even when we're under a tight deadline, there's a relaxed atmosphere in meetings that actually makes me want to work harder to meet the deadline.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One gets a sense that the company truly wants us all to advance in our careers, and provides the educational tools and information to do so.
