What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the fact we are enrolled into a yearly bonus plan....obviously this isn't guaranteed but if you put the effort it and Pega performs well and you achieve your targets you will be compensated accordingly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all respect each other and the effort that goes into making our team succeed. We work hard not to be bottle necks for each other and drive things to done to a high level.
