The work I get to do. It's very fufilling!
Learning new things which does not happen much since I am not a favorite.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Safety safety safety. Management is leaving incompetent and dangerous lift operators on trucks for production, often overriding trainers' decsisions not to sign off. No post-accident drug testing. Known users/drinkers showing up under the influence and operating PIE
