Company itself is great but local managers are uncaring ond refuse to fix any safety problems. I'm to the point that I am actually scared for my saftey.

Management is disrespectful at the line level. Upoer management talks a good game, but line mananhers are rude and disrespectful. I would feel more positive if I were paid more and treated with respect

We had a miserable year as people but one of the best years ever for the business (largely because employees absorbed many costs of the business in quarantine) and instead of investing in human capital they bought the competition.

Working beyond 40 hrs/week is necessary to meet the needs of the job and the leadership and clients expect that and more but are unwilling to pay more for standard of living for employees residing in New York City. It's impossible to support a healthy family with this workload and pay.

Compared to other folks that handle the load I do , I feel I make less.

i learn new skills often and personal/professional development are clearly important to management, yet promotions and growth are still extremely slow, largely due to the oligopoly of the book industry

Everyone is friendly and willing to help you

Corporate treats use amazing with insurance, 401k, bonus and unbeatable vacation time. Local managers are horrible, as least on 3rd shift. I can't speak for other shifts.

Management has a lot of favorites that they tend to use over others. Unsafe work areas are a real problem at my WESTMINSTER site.

Employees are confused because of lack of direction and feel overwhelmed.

Safety safety safety. Management is leaving incompetent and dangerous lift operators on trucks for production, often overriding trainers' decsisions not to sign off. No post-accident drug testing. Known users/drinkers showing up under the influence and operating PIE
