HR was nice and respectful. Very understanding and explained everything.

Most coworkers are great and understanding yet managers are not by far.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health Insurance is amazing. 6 percent match for 401k is great.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things which does not happen much since I am not a favorite.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management has a lot of favorites that they tend to use over others. Unsafe work areas are a real problem at my WESTMINSTER site.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Company itself is great but local managers are uncaring ond refuse to fix any safety problems. I'm to the point that I am actually scared for my saftey.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Corporate treats use amazing with insurance, 401k, bonus and unbeatable vacation time. Local managers are horrible, as least on 3rd shift. I can't speak for other shifts.
