A solid company highly focused on what makes a difference both in the market and to the employee

The company has invested significantly (tens of millions) over the past few years into improving infrastructure and the workplace environment. The site I work in literally feels like Google. This is a great company that is evolving to becoming a much larger global company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Identifying who meets meets leadership requirements that aren't based just on seniority or experience. Some people use their leadership roles as a way to do significantly less physical labor and do not in anyway lead by example.
