The bonus package is fair with an 8.3% max payout, dispersed each quarter.
Im doing supervisor work at night shift, Im not payd for it.

My effect on Revenue increase doesnt match my salary

Good group of people with lots of experience to draw from, they are always willing to share their knowledge with you if you ask.
