My experience at People.ai has been a positive one thus far. I can't say I am 100% excited to come into the office every day because it can get stressful. However, on the flip side, I do not dread coming to work. I know that some days may be difficult, but they are worth it.

Having a say in what projects I take on.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick, albeit intensive. I didn't find myself waiting weeks for the next step.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is success-driven but not cutthroat and competitive with one another. We all strive for a common goal rather than trying to best one another.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is virtually always reachable. They play an active role in our day-to-day, and they go out of their way to be available as helping hands or listening ears.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a well-rounded group of individuals who each have their own strengths, which balance out our weaknesses wherever there are any. We all genuinely care about the company, product, and each other. There is almost no office gossip/drama, just like-minded individuals who help one another succeed.
