I love that we are building a multi billion dollar business, and my equity will be worth a substantial amount if we all work hard, work together and execute as a team. Free lunch every day is also a nice perk

People showed me who they were, and recognized that as much as they were interviewing me, I was also interviewing them. They showed me what the company is about, which gave me confidence that it was a great decision to join

The leadership team is open to feedback, genuinely cares about the company, our employees and our customers. For example, they have driven a Diversity, Equity and Inclusiveness program to live the values that we say that we have. Many companies SAY they do this, but few actually DO
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEO has created an employee first culture and everyone supports each other. We know that we can rely on each other, and that people will always do their best to help. The team is smart, and hustles, which are key in building a multi billion dollar company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is smart, caring, courteous and 100% supportive. If a task needs doing, everyone pitches in regardless of who is meant to be responsible for it. We support each other, and we win (and lose) as a team. The culture is strong at People.ai and we are serious about preserving it
What makes you most happy at work?
I am working on an industry leading and segment creating product, and it actually works! Customers love it, it drives huge value for users, and I see a promising future here. CEO, CTO, COO, CRO, CPO, CMO and CHRO all have experience and know what they are doing. We are young, but mighty.
