My co-workers who all understand that even though we take our jobs seriously, we can still joke around at work
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small enough that we all interact with eachother daily, even though we are all remote. My manager has built an incredible environment that promotes cooperation and does not cause a fear of failing
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent and involved in sales, team meetings, and social gatherings. You can just tell from every interaction with them how much they care about this company and the people who make it what it is
