Creating new things--products, thought leadership. We're in a cutting edge space and I feel like we're writing the playbooks for the future.

They bring experience from both startups and large companies so we retain the entrepreneurial spirit but also the focus and discipline of a more mature company.

They took a lot more time in the interviews to get to know me as a person and to know my background. They cared about me as a person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our DEI focus allows us to learn about diverse cultures and POVs. We do service projects together that benefit the community. I like that we actually do things rather than just talk.
