I’d just like everyone to do their job because it’s the right thing to do, and to help each other out when possible. A handful do, but the rest wouldn’t bother,

Everyone wants the “gold star” so to speak, people need to work on team accolades rather than individual; if one person fails, that should be too many, not looked at like knocking out competition.
