Once upon a time, it was the incredibly low healthcare premiums. Those are now a thing of the past. HC costs + inflation + stagnant business ensures that many employees are losing ground YOY (bonuses are gone, too).

I am paid fairly for what I do - good base pay and a bonus (I have not gone through a full cycle to understand what bonus will look like, but it is a "bonus" any way :-)). I love the large portion of Benefits (health, fitness, etc.) that Perceptyx covers - allowing my more for optional (like legal)
My financial compensation is strong, but what I most value is working remotely and having flexibility.
In 2024 Perceptyx is including an IVF benefit.
