There needs to be better rationality when it comes to absences due to sickness with doctors notes. Nobody controls if they get sick. Five points is 2 days absence and one day late which is completely unfair if you get a severe virus like I did. My virus came from work

All of the executives are approachable
People at plant tries to solve problems because that is the best people to do. They now talk with each other to solve issues as a team. They try and take employee suggestion on improvements to heart. Who more to listen to than the people that do the job. Shows constructive leadership.

there is no consistency to scheduling for the drivers. its a rotating wheel of people ,that are not qualified for their job
