Everyone cares & there are no silos

most of the folks in my department are great despite the fact that all the manager cares about is little nit picky things instead of effectively working to address and solve real issues

My coworkers, the other drivers and warehouse guys, for the most part are good hard working people who are nice to be around. The problem at PFG is the managers and supervisors, they are lazy and dont want to be bothered
