We always worked hard and tried to get the job done right
They are for employee growths and moral
Positivity and willing to answer your call at all levels
Very communicative and there's always an open door
There needs to be better rationality when it comes to absences due to sickness with doctors notes. Nobody controls if they get sick. Five points is 2 days absence and one day late which is completely unfair if you get a severe virus like I did. My virus came from work
there is no consistency to scheduling for the drivers. its a rotating wheel of people ,that are not qualified for their job
Everything leadership leaves you to deal with your own problems
Listening to employees ideas and at least try them out
Too much management that just sit around talking and stand outside smoking.
Communication, pay full attention to surroundings and to details
Stock purchase is a great discount
Review from Operations Dept
We are paid very fair
The monthly snd yearly bonus. The commission grid is also outstanding
It is active once You start working
The insurance is very good- great
Having a voice this company does not have a good communication plan
Levels of education and experience does not matter, especially when you have friends and family working there. An unqualified housewife who barely knew how to use a computer was hired on my team making more than myself, with my master's degree. She caused 5 opeople to leave from her openly super
Base salary is lower than average
The driver's I surround myself with are hardworking men who want to get the job done and get home to their families. They are good at what they do and set the pace for the company. Smart men who know what they're doing.

Everyone cares & there are no silos
most of the folks in my department are great despite the fact that all the manager cares about is little nit picky things instead of effectively working to address and solve real issues
Everyone wants everyobe else to win
We all get along and help each other
Better leadetship and accoutability, communication
Review from Operations Dept
Doing the right thing and caring
Training is not done and so people do not know how to perform simple things to help themselves
Everyone cares about each other
Uplifting and encouraing , a real sense of team
My coworkers are very nice
Self management helps keep it fun
Everyone is here to help out when needed.
True check ins and checkups on managers and actual teamwork. Even my manager didn't care about the written getting done and some of the team doing nothing... as long as they were white also.
Clear communication. Trust co-workers. Allow for mistakes and LEARN from them. Slow the pace of growth so people feel like they understand what's expected of them. Provide tools needed for the job (technology especially)
Too long of a list to even begin. Leadership, investment in people and technology. Maturity. Emotional intelligence. Transparency. growth is focused on sales and M&A - not on innovation or efficiency.
Since the small things for the IT customers cannot be completed our customers are not happy and are looking elsewhere for solutions
Everyone cares at our company
They asked me questions about what I’d like to do to help grow the department what I can offer to improve things how can I contribute they were open to suggestions listened and offered a great positive pictu
It was very laid back and simple
Very casual and easy to talk to process
I had a interview the the most pleasant person in the whole building
Stop hiring friends and start hiring people that want to wirk
Working hard then getting home. I enjoy the hard work and I enjoy when I can push myself hard and get home at a good time
Review from Operations Dept
Everyone cares about each other
That i am treated woth the respect i deserve
The results are what stand out to me
The open door policy is the best, I can walk into anyone's office without feeling like I'm a bother
No one at the top reaches out and truly listens to the customers concerns . They believe customers will purchase because they have no choices but they do . Also customers are tired of mistakes tired of being treated horribly and are looking for alternate distribution, retail, grocery, foodservice, club
Scheduling.No home/work balance. Dishonest employees.
Communication is unclear. Focus for the future is murky and not shared with people who need to implement. Pay structure is too low for survival for many workers. Lots of lip service to important things (environment, diversity, equity, etc) but no concrete follow up.
The Situation with the IT department hampers trying to get anything done
It's a great environment to work I love my work very physical
