- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I wish the district manager wasnt so controling. With the new manager I felt seen and heard. She works with everyone. Then there's the DM only cares about herself. Selfish. I honestly hope and pray that my manager finds somewhere else that appreciates her and not walk over her.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?The district manager only cares if she makes money. Honestly if this company wants to higher people that barely speaks english and older people then they should stop hiring young adults. If it's going to be a problem to go to school and work full time shouldn't hire young people.
- What are some of the best things about your team?We work together as a team

- What does the leadership team need to get better at?The tend to feel the need to announce their leadership in various ways. Very much "because I said so" kind of people. Since they are upper management they feel they never have to communicate. There have been plenty of times where the rest of the staff are unaware of things like important visits.
- What would you improve about your company's interview process?Okay at best, could improve.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Better customer available, not being on phones 24/7 during shift.
