What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I wish the district manager wasnt so controling. With the new manager I felt seen and heard. She works with everyone. Then there's the DM only cares about herself. Selfish. I honestly hope and pray that my manager finds somewhere else that appreciates her and not walk over her.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The district manager only cares if she makes money. Honestly if this company wants to higher people that barely speaks english and older people then they should stop hiring young adults. If it's going to be a problem to go to school and work full time shouldn't hire young people.
