What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company matches pretty much everything; contributions towards 401k or HSA or IRA are all matched by the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better salary and stock options would be nice
PKI talks about valuing people but doesn't act like they do. I'm compensated fairly but only due to acquisition. I believe base PKI pay isn't great.
There is no career growth unless you are a top-shelf guy. They grab ideas from you and project as if theirs.
