There have been some changes in management, which was a little strange at first. But the communication has been great, so I really have no complaints.

Starting PTO was very fair, and my salary is above average.

People value their time outside of work, so people don't take things TOO seriously, just seriously enough.

It was well structured and the questions weren't just the typical STAR questions, they actually pertained specifically to my work history and experience and how I would be an asset in this new position.
