PKI talks about valuing people but doesn't act like they do. I'm compensated fairly but only due to acquisition. I believe base PKI pay isn't great.
There is no career growth unless you are a top-shelf guy. They grab ideas from you and project as if theirs.

The CEO needs to walk the walk instead of just doing the talk. Stop talking about how you're going to change the culture and actually do it.
