Take responsibility for their actions and decisions rather than blame the employees for not understanding as a result of not being trained properly. In addition, do not guilt trip employees to stay because people keep quitting for not enjoying the environment.

Do the walk everyday and know what's going on in the project and who is working an who is not.

Understanding true strategy, it is painful to see zero direction.

They are all cold-hearted, with no sense of humanity they just fire people in a day. One of the worst management I have ever seen in my 17 years of career overall..

Better salary and stock options would be nice

PKI talks about valuing people but doesn't act like they do. I'm compensated fairly but only due to acquisition. I believe base PKI pay isn't great.

There is no career growth unless you are a top-shelf guy. They grab ideas from you and project as if theirs.

PKI has meetings about meetings and wastes everyone's time. They need to be more concerned about the work and less concerned about appearances.

The CEO needs to walk the walk instead of just doing the talk. Stop talking about how you're going to change the culture and actually do it.

They need to stop the finger pointing and work to fix the problem not find someone to be blamed.

Management (CEO,managers, etc.) needs to reevaluate how they are running things. Own your actions and decisions!

You should keep effective managers, workers, and managers. People are fired just because it was recommended by few managers under the pretext of performance.

No appreciation on job well done. Even if you work beyond the working hours. Such as midnight calls and weekend calls.
