What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very consensus driven, but with a decision-model that looks at topics from many different perspectives.

They are responsive, bring a wide variety of skills into play, have a sense of humanity for each other, and are truly driven to make a positive impact on the world and feel Perkins Eastman is a uniquely powerful platform from which to do this.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of self-direction, one gets to "pick your own mission" as long as it supports the overall culture.
