What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along no matter they're differences, we get a lot of production out each day and still have a fun uplifting environment in the process.
The team members. We function like a family each doing our best to help the other knowing we all are underpaid

I am allowed to work at my own pace and organize orders how I see fit to get the most Production each day.

Proper investigation on the company and to see if all the workers are paid and treated fairly
