I believe all employees should be paid more and the goals should be realistic, attainable, and the goal posts shouldnt keep being moved out of reach. Employee discounts changed, bonus structure continually changes and it kills morale.

Company preaches that they value their team members but there is lack of pay raises & career growth opportunities are none

Despite the amazing work environment, the company pays below a living wage and have no benefits for part time.

We only get paid minimum wage even as managers so you have to be responsible for a lot more than other employees but paid the same.

You only get benefits if you are full time in my store there is only one full time position that isn't management They only schedule you 2 or 3 days Max and pay you 8.50 per hour.
