What do you like best about the leadership team?

Everyone is really friendly in and out of work and good at motivating the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We only get paid minimum wage even as managers so you have to be responsible for a lot more than other employees but paid the same.
