Terrible. Had I known it would be like this, I would never even shop there.

Paying their employees properly for the amount of work they do.

My coworkers are good, knowledgeable people who are just as fed up with the company as I am.

They learn your strengths and make you feel like an appreciated team member... until you actually work there
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They only care about the money their employees can produce. We are not listened to, not payed well, and not appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay 8.50 an hour for an insane amount of work. They will write you up if you so much as sneeze. This place is ridiculous.
