What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendliest of my coworkers as well as most of the customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate and act like a family. We make work fun and safe.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Our team does phenomenal besides our store manager. They believe they are royalty and any issues we bring up about their behavior is merely "misinterpreted" by us. Our district manager is best friends with them and brushes aside out concerns.
