The company has done a lot to improve the compensation packages for employees including 401K match and putting a formal bonus program in place.

The company deployed new Compensation and Benefits program this year, which included clarity on salary, bonus, and benefits. In addition, a 401K match program was launched this year for associates.

Working with the team to accomplish our goals together. Its also amazing to have pets in the office and really feel like we are helping families and their pets live happier and healthier lives.
