What did you like most about the interview process? You get to spend some time with the colleagues during the process too which helps you get to know more about the work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The colleagues are very supportive of each other but management is very aggressive and petty. They don't help colleagues if they do something wrong just insult them
What are some of the best things about your team?Colleagues are generally all very friendly and nice to each other but the management is aggressive and petty
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management needs to be taught how to actually lead a team. Training needs to actually be given instead of fed to you online as a lot of people can't learn things just through online training and need to actually be shown properly. KPIs are unreasonable and need to be lowered.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Motivating, training and talking to colleagues. Training is non existent, and colleagues are berated and talked down upon instead of encouraged to hit targets.
