
well it used to be measured on hard work...... NOW they hire from outside of the company rather than from within in which those managers have their favorites and the whole moral of the restaurant turns sour bc your employees not only see this but bc their staff is unhappy it reflects on the way their customer service is to the guests. It's a domino affect!! You mistreat your employees they become disgruntled which leads to how they treat their "guest"
