Open and honest. They are willing to work with everyone to try and find a solution. Nobody is too far away from the leadership that their voices aren't heard.
The leadership team wasn't visionary. Being in the Collaboration space, they cared about monthly revenue and were never ready to invest in product development. Rather than focusing on their Video platform, they siphoned money into a domain that was never in the roadmap.
We have a great team leader
They paid money in time but then stocks were only limited to leadership so people on the ground was never given any stocks. A company with a deep rooted culture of care & respect was blown away and everything started to tumble. Every 6 months, people were fired, severance package wasn't paid.
People wanted to grow the business but when they shared their ideas, they were unheard of and asked to focus on the job.
Individual contributors care about each other. Any level above that is out for themselves.
Quick to answer and fun to work with
The only positive was the severance they offered when they used you up and finally laid you off but they are now defaulting on those packages. Shameful.
Flexibility in daily work schedule.
Hard work is expected but my supervisor is always complementary
Manager's openness to hearing ideas and answer questions.
They were very candid about what they expected
Co-Workers were great to offer help. Managers were happy to support but HR has no initiative towards employees.
