What are some of the best things about your team?
The marketing team is very close! We make an effort to establish good working relationships and friendships with everyone in the office through birthday celebrations, off-site team building days, karaoke nights, and so much more!
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE working for my boss. She is such an inspirational leader and makes me feel valued in every project. I can tell she cares about my future because she mentors me and teaches me along the way!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really enjoy the health benefit as well as the paid time off benefits! I also love that PGTI offers VTO (Volunteer Time Off) so encourage team members to go out into the community & get involved / volunteer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at PGTI is so involved with every aspect of the business! You can tell each of them truly cares for the PGTI team members by the way they make sure to attend celebrations, walk the floor to build relationships, and host town hall meetings to for better communication!
