The leadership team at PGTI is so involved with every aspect of the business! You can tell each of them truly cares for the PGTI team members by the way they make sure to attend celebrations, walk the floor to build relationships, and host town hall meetings to for better communication!

The leadership team is always focused on our team members and ensuring they are well taken care of while at work and at home.

Our leadership team has made clear and deliberate efforts to improve communication across the organization. They are also invested in the well-being of our team members as well as the success of the business.

They are always open to discussion even from the bottom of the chain to little employees such as members from the maintenance department. They embody a true executive team while also not discriminating against employees whose views differ from that of executives.

They don't micromanage and the roundtable meetings

Any questions or concerns are answered fast. They make things priority

Lots of opportunities to grow. There are many skills development classes and leadership / management classes. You just have to show interest in growing - by your everyday work, by asking your leader for growth opportunities, or by saying you're interested in growing when your leader asks you.
