I really enjoy the health benefit as well as the paid time off benefits! I also love that PGTI offers VTO (Volunteer Time Off) so encourage team members to go out into the community & get involved / volunteer.

Not only does PGT Innovations focus on base pay and bonus, but all of the other benefits that are offered are truly invaluable. Such as the free on-site wellness clinic in Venice - accessible to team members and their families day one, tuition reimbursement and countless training opportunities.

My base pay is fair for my position, our annual bonus can be very lucrative, and our PTO is more than enough for me to take.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I wasn't paid, for the first three weeks i started at new south. Iv asked for a Transfer. Was told I have to wait six months in order to be able to transfer. Transferring would not only help me in hours. Transferring would help me stay closer to my own house

Appreciated shouldn't be who you no but the work you shoe
