The Human Resources Department has a deeply rooted web of HRs who abuse their positions alongside team leaders who use their authority and friendship to act against good workers like myself who make sure that we put in blood and sweat every day for this business. A sad use of background manipulation

The leadership team at PGTI is so involved with every aspect of the business! You can tell each of them truly cares for the PGTI team members by the way they make sure to attend celebrations, walk the floor to build relationships, and host town hall meetings to for better communication!

The leadership team is always focused on our team members and ensuring they are well taken care of while at work and at home.

Our leadership team has made clear and deliberate efforts to improve communication across the organization. They are also invested in the well-being of our team members as well as the success of the business.

They are always open to discussion even from the bottom of the chain to little employees such as members from the maintenance department. They embody a true executive team while also not discriminating against employees whose views differ from that of executives.

I really enjoy the health benefit as well as the paid time off benefits! I also love that PGTI offers VTO (Volunteer Time Off) so encourage team members to go out into the community & get involved / volunteer.

Not only does PGT Innovations focus on base pay and bonus, but all of the other benefits that are offered are truly invaluable. Such as the free on-site wellness clinic in Venice - accessible to team members and their families day one, tuition reimbursement and countless training opportunities.

My base pay is fair for my position, our annual bonus can be very lucrative, and our PTO is more than enough for me to take.

I wasn't paid, for the first three weeks i started at new south. Iv asked for a Transfer. Was told I have to wait six months in order to be able to transfer. Transferring would not only help me in hours. Transferring would help me stay closer to my own house

They truly are a team! Everyone is very supportive of one another and is always ready to help whenever needed.

My team is committed, loyal, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist each other when needed. We have fun together, celebrate together, and achieve great results together. It is a culture of caring inside and outside of work.

The people are one of the best things at PGTI. Everyone is so friendly and often willing to help each other out. I have had nothing but good experiences with my coworkers.

Those of us with 10 or more years with PGT WANT to make it great again. In 2011 we shipped 98% everyday

From the beginning, PGT Innovations has instilled a culture around family. Support of each other and our families even outside of work. Every member of the team brings meaning to our culture and you can feel it in every location that you enter.

PGTI is a very fast paced company. We are growing rapidly and with growth comes change, improvement, and challenges. The forward mindedness and innovative thinking are a couple factors I like most about the culture and environment.

Not really that Positive. No one likes their job morale is down. Feels like walking into a place where no one wants to be

Less top down management, command and control decisions, meetings that add value rather than waste time. Initiatives that have time to work rather than impulsively change or abandon.

Hours the pay they shouldn't make you work overtime or loose your job

The employees need to form a union to effectively deal with management.

I love the whole production process. And it keeps me active

There is only one person to Schedule, measure, order, three Service techs. I think there is more work put on some of these other positions. I think if there was better leadership and a little more Focus on making the job more enjoyable an less hectic. That would be An improvement

Don't over promise. Fix fhe operational issues and dont just repeatedly tell customers theyvare going to be fixed. Dont frind down shareholder value and mislead yiur investors in yiur quarterly earnings call.
