So far, things have been very positive. I've been at Phathom for less than 1 year, but the time is quickly passing by. My overall experience has been great; the culture, atmosphere, leadership team, and colleagues (those I've known from previous jobs, as well as new ones that I've met).

They are open to communicate, very personable - I've noticed this more and more during our Water Cooler Sessions.

We all have the same goals in mind for the company - we are all experienced and seasoned, which has made for a smooth transition into my role within my team at Phathom.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since Phathom is a smaller company, I feel more empowered and proactive, giving me more exposure and facetime with leadership. The culture is very welcoming, where you feel you can honestly make a difference - you're more than just a number. The atmosphere is friendly and fun.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, and enjoy doing it. The things I've accomplished in the short time I've been with Phathom, are what I've strived to accomplish at previous jobs. And the people also make me happy - and that's a big part of a career, in my opinion.
