Working with my team to deliver on our goals; thinking about different ways of doing things and making that happen,
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to the very competitive monetary compensation, stock options and RSUs for milestones are offered, as well as an Employee Stock Purchase Plan, so we have an investment in the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open, accessible, and transparent. They communicate openly and often to employees in many forums and media to ensure we feel connected to what is happening at our company. They encourage a "speak-up" culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we span two geographical areas in Illinois and New Jersey, team members are always available for a quick meeting, phone call, or Zoom to help get our work done. The collaboration is exceptional. And team member are highly experienced and readily share their knowledge.
