I have had a very positive experience at Phathom. I always feel included and heard. The leadership team is always trying to improve the employee experience and they do an excellent job.

Everyone works together to accomplish the same goal. The values of the company are the best. My personal favorite is "being humble".
What makes you most happy at work?
I am learning so many things as an individual and there are people who are willing to answer my questions about any and every thing so that I can learn. I am most happy about the opportunity within the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is that the company has done the research on the roles in the market and they provide fair pay. Although the company is small they are always working to improve the benefits as we grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so knowledgeable about so many different things. Everyone is open to hearing all ideas and when someone knows you are the expert they really look to you to provide the insight, trusting you. We all have the ability to contribute in different ways and it is appreciated and encouraged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very fair. They have taken all of the best parts of a company culture and created that for Phathom. The culture is one in which they want to work and it is extended to all of the employees. Leadership has a relationship with everyone and they speak to you.
