I'm a part of something bigger than myself. I share the efforts of building a sales force with so many other people who are a part of the process. When you experience tough situations/problems with others it builds a bond. You learn together and you grow together.

For me its the 401K matching stock along with the stock purchase plan. I feel I can directly effect the stock price through successful promotion of the products.

It would be the stock potential. Feeling that I have an impact on the company stock price and the growth we can have as a company is motivating financially and personally.

The ability of senior leaders to interact with everyone freely without casting tittles and limiting experiences. I’m able to relax during work functions which allows my true personality to come out which in turn brin

The ability to bring your entire self to work. As a minority often times you can feel you have to stop being you to fit in with the culture. Here, the request is to respect everyone and appreciate their view of our world.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy team meetings and the ability to work with my director. They never fail to bring up a view point I can appreciate and we laugh at our mistakes. Our senior leaders understand that perfection is not the goal but effort is.
