They are supportive, transparent, look out for me, have diverse strengths. We fit together well and are led by the best manager!
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am treated like a person, with individual strengths and needs who also has a life outside of work. When I am listened to and giving the ability to grow and learn. When I am in an environment where I am not afraid if I make a mistake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When coming to Phathom I had other offers with significantly higher salary and bonus from pre-revenue companies. Phathom was unable to match. I came to Phathom for the culture and to work for my manager. so I took the salary cut. A competitive salary and bonus with other companies would be nice.
