Mr. Bospflug serves as the President of PHI Air Medical, L.L.C. He served as an Executive of Special Projects of PHI Inc., until February 2009. He served as the President of PHI Inc., from September 2000 to May 2004 and its Chief Executive Officer from August 2001 to May 2004. Mr. Bospflug served as President and Chief Executive Officer of T. L. James and Company from 1999 to 2000 and Prior to that, he served as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has been a Director of PHI Inc. since 2001. He serves as Director of the PHI Air Medical Group and served as itsInterim Director. Mr. Bospflug holds a business degree from Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion, South Dakota and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
