Ms. Trudy P. McConnaughhay has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of PHI, Inc. since November 05, 2012 and also serves as its Treasurer. Ms. McConnaughhay served as Vice President of Global Industries Ltd. from January 2010 to September 23, 2011 and served as its Controller and Principal Accounting Officer until September 23, 2011. She has more than thirty (30) years of experience in both public and private accounting. She joined Global in 1999 as an Assistant Corporate Controller and has since held several other financial management roles including Director of Finance & Tax and Corporate Controller. She serves as Director at PHI Air Medical, LLC. She holds BS in Accounting from McNeese State University.
