Management is easy to talk to, and regularly give positive feedback to hard working employees. Unfortunately, employees are not compensated for additional skills and responsibilities. You earn the same wage by doing barely enough to stay employed as those who perform above and beyond expectations.

Communication and professionalism needs to get better. HR needs to be available to employees more.

Team leaders and HR stop listening to fake report. Look into the fact before decision made. Stop favoring people and their buddies. They should treat all color employee as equal as it should be, not putting one race to do most of the hard works.

Management needs to work harder to earn employees trust. Communication and professionalism needs to improve.

Team leaders put employee to slack off too often behind quota and team leaders hardly be on the floor to check his/her team work. Team lead keep making up reason for excuse. A real team leader can be a great improvement. Team leader should be someone from outsider of the company as to hire.
