We work and lift eachother up and help eachother when we have downtime. I also like that we sometimes have side chats about our day or the weather

I think the positives are we have an on-site HR leader, on-site ergonomics, and we have a team player attitude and open door policies.

Communication and professionalism needs to get better. HR needs to be available to employees more.
Team leaders and HR stop listening to fake report. Look into the fact before decision made. Stop favoring people and their buddies. They should treat all color employee as equal as it should be, not putting one race to do most of the hard works.
I liked the asked about scenarios and how I would deal or have dealt with certain situations. I also likes their personability and openness to be able to talk about saftey and orientation

I like to go in on my shift and do a great job everyday. Every decision I make counts for my team and the customers we are producing for. I like to send out quality parts and to know we are making the customers of our company satisfied

Management needs to work harder to earn employees trust. Communication and professionalism needs to improve.
Team leaders put employee to slack off too often behind quota and team leaders hardly be on the floor to check his/her team work. Team lead keep making up reason for excuse. A real team leader can be a great improvement. Team leader should be someone from outsider of the company as to hire.
