easy to get along with the other people
Management needs to work harder to earn employees trust. Communication and professionalism needs to improve.
Team leaders put employee to slack off too often behind quota and team leaders hardly be on the floor to check his/her team work. Team lead keep making up reason for excuse. A real team leader can be a great improvement. Team leader should be someone from outsider of the company as to hire.
